Desktop software for Common Service Centre operators. The operator photographs a customer's Aadhaar, the software reads it and fills the MahaOnline certificate application in Chrome by itself. 15 government services, plus a PMFBY crop-insurance module. ₹10 per completed application from a prepaid wallet.
A citizen describes a problem on WhatsApp in any Indian language. Arzi asks the two or three questions it still needs, then sends back a ready-to-print application letter addressed to the right office, as a PDF. ₹10 per application, no subscription.

It answers from the client's own knowledge base, can only link to pages they approved, escalates to their team, and publishes the same knowledge as crawlable help pages. A customer WhatsApps the shop asking for an item. StockSaathi reads the shop's live TallyPrime stock and answers in seconds with availability and price, in the language they asked in — and tells the owner what customers wanted that the shop did not have. Backend live; desktop billing app in beta.
A plumber misses a call because his hands are inside a wall. Phone Munshi WhatsApps the caller within seconds, works out the job, proposes a time and a price, and sends the tradesman a one-tap confirm. Payment goes straight to the tradesman's own UPI ID. Code complete; not yet run with live customers.

Helpora appears as a chat button on your existing website. No redesign, and no change to how your site is built.
You add your FAQs, help articles and useful links from a dashboard. Helpora answers from that, and only points customers to links you approved.
Common questions are answered day or night. When one needs a person, the conversation passes to your team with what the customer already said.

Priced per job, not per seat. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payable in India only. These are the current published rates referred to in each product's Terms of Service.
StockSaathi and Phone Munshi are not on sale yet — no payment is collected for them until their prices are published here. Payments are handled online in INR by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets); card and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and never stored by Sonkawade Labs. Prices shown are the final amount payable — Sonkawade Labs is not currently registered under GST, so no tax is added. Credits, plan access and documents are delivered electronically, normally within minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Wearly AI printed garments are physical goods, made to order after payment and delivered within India only — allow 2–3 working days to print and 3–7 more to deliver. Government and portal fees are separate and are not paid to Sonkawade Labs.
