This page explains how users may request deletion of data related to Arzi. It can also be used as the public data deletion reference URL for Arzi-related Meta review flows.

Information that may be deleted

  • WhatsApp conversation data retained by the service, where available.
  • Generated application letter content associated with the request.
  • User identifiers and support records related to the deletion request, where legally permitted.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to sumitsonkawade@sonkawadelabs.in.
  2. Use the subject line Arzi Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the phone number used with Arzi and any details that help identify the relevant conversation.

Response timeline

We will acknowledge the request within 48 hours and respond within 30 days, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, and abuse-prevention requirements. You may also withdraw consent for future processing at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
